- Started practicing yoga while working as a model during her studies in Australia.
- After returning to Japan, worked at Esthetic TBC, then became a yoga instructor.
- Completed YOGA Esthetics and Seibitai Yoga Academy Advanced programs. Certified as a Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Medical Esthetics Association Professional Facialist, Head Massager, and Aromatherapist.
